About Sugar10

Empowering YOU to control diabetes and reduce cardiovascular risk

The Sugar10 Story

Sugar10 was developed by Dr. Hiep Le and Dr. Neel R. Patel. After attending a diabetes conference in Boston, both doctors found that national standards were not focusing on the underlying cause and prevention of diabetes.

They asked, “what if we shift the focus to the patients’ individual response to food and sugar metabolism”? After evaluating patient data they realized that proper nutritional counseling was a key component to prevention. That inspired them to develop Sugar10, a program that is personalized for each individual patient.

Based on the trends and outcomes of the program the doctors were able to identify the unique patterns among patients. With successful results they strive not only to educate patients but to help reduce their risk of cardiovascular disease and possibly reverse their diabetes.
